A lot of businesses are under pressure right now: to digitalize, automate, implement AI. Not because they have a specific problem, but because everyone else is doing it. I help you keep a clear head: first we understand together where things are actually breaking down. Then we decide what actually makes sense.

No project starts with a solution. It starts with questions. That's less comfortable and significantly more effective.
Sie reden. Ich höre zu. Was ist das eigentliche Problem. Nicht das, das jemand bereits als Lösung formuliert hat? Mit den richtigen Methoden für die jeweilige Situation machen wir sichtbar, wo Prozesse stocken, wo Informationen verloren gehen und wo Teams Arbeit erledigen, die es gar nicht bräuchte.
You talk. I listen. What's the actual problem. Not the one someone already framed as a solution? With the right tools for the situation, we surface where processes break down, where information gets lost, and where teams are doing unnecessary work.

Once we understand the problem, we look at what's causing it. Some causes are organisational. Some are technical. Some are simply a matter of communication. I separate these cleanly. With no agenda and no preference for any particular technology.

Not everything needs to be solved immediately. Not everything needs software. We prioritise together: what delivers real value quickly? What's a longer-term initiative? And what should perhaps just be left alone? You decide and I make sure the basis for that decision is solid.

If you truly understand a problem, you can see the simplest path through it. Simplicity isn't a compromise but a result of good analysis. What's less complex is easier to build, easier to use, and easier to maintain.
